Strawberry Point-- Mrs. Elizabeth Hayes Duff, 95, died Tuesday afternoon en route to Delaware County Memorial Hospital at Manchester.

Funeral services have been set tentatively for Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church in Volga. Burial will be in Hillcrest cemetery at Volga. Gill funeral service is in charge of arrangements.

She was born May 28, 1862, in Clayton County, the daughter of John Hayes. She was married to William Duff Jan. 1, 1886, and had lived most of her life in Clayton County, around Volga. She had spent the last ten years in various nursing homes and had been a resident of Moser nursing home the past year and a half.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Bessie Weber, Stoughton, Wis.; a sister, Mrs. Frances Wilson, St. Paul, Minn. and three brothers, Vern and Harry, both of Blooming Prairie, Minn., and Edward, Strawberry Point.
