Wilbur C. "Dubbie" Fenton, 82, died Friday afternoon at Central Community Hospital after a long illness. He was a barber and also owned and operated Fenton's Hatchery at Strawberry Point until his retirement.

Survivors include his wife, Geneva; a step-daughter, Pat Best of Evanston, Ill.; a brother, Lowell of Strawberry Point; and a step-granddaughter.

Services: 2 p.m. Monday, Peace United Church of Christ, Elkader; Burial: Cass Township Cemetery, Strawberry Point. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at Leonard-Witt's, Elkader.
