Guttenberg, Ia. - Funeral services for Mrs. George Moser, 40, were held at the home with the Rev. S.M. Becker, pastor of the Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial was in Bethel Cemetery. Mrs. Moser died at Finley Hospital in Dubuque following a lingering illness.
She was the former Grace Bernice Hansel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ira Hansel, and was born Dec. 13, 1902, at Garber. She was educated in the Clayton County rural schools, Elkport High School, and Iowa State Teachers' College. She then taught for two years, and on May 16, 1922, was married to Mr. Moser. They have since operated a farm near Osterdock.
Surviving are her husband; four children, Gayle, Virgil, Duane, and Roger, all at home; her mother; three sisters, Mrs. Lloyd Walters of Garber, Mrs. Lee Klingeman of Volga City, and Mrs. Iva Graybill of Osterdock; and three brothers, Perry Hansel of Denver, Colo., Carl of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Elmer of Garber. Her father and two brothers preceded her in death.
