Mrs. Lydia Lundt, Elkport, daughter of Charles and Margareth Wistrick Muller, was born March 23, 1896, in Cox Creek Township, and died Saturday, Oct. 22, 1966, at the Central Community Hospital, Elkader, after a brief illness.

Mrs. Lundt attended Elkader High School and was a lifelong member of the St. John's United Church of Christ, Garber.

She was married to Edward H. Lundt at Elkader Sept. 8, 1914. The Lundts observed their golden wedding anniversary in 1964. They farmed in Volga Township since their marriage and were the parents of a daughter, Ruth.

Mrs. Lundt is survived by her husband, and daughter, Mrs. Ruth Kelly and son-in-law, Shaun Kelly Jr., New York City; five brothers, Elmer Muller, Farmersburg; Earl Muller, Santa Barbara, Calif.; Lawrence Muller, Elkport; Karl Muller, Galesville, Wis.; and Robert Muller, Madison, Wis. Wm. Muller, Rock Island, preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held October 25 in the St. John's United Church of Christ, Garber, with the Rev. Lyle E. Norris officiating. Burial was in the Strawberry Point cemetery.

Pallbearers were Burdette Fritz, Howard Muller, Vernon Moser, Jerry Kramer, Martin Schwietert and Richard Muller.

Relatives from a distance who attended the funeral were: Mr. and Mrs. Earl Franklin, St. Paul Park, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Muller, Madison, Wis.; Karl Muller and children, Galesville, Wis.; Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Poppe, Mrs. Anna Buckholz and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ulrichs, Clarksville; Mrs. Amber Muller and Mrs. Richard Rottman, Rock Island, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. C.R. Peterson, Moline, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Shaun Kelly Jr., New York City, and other relatives.
