JoAnn Mathis

JoAnn Mathis, 52, of Monona, Iowa died Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at her home in Monona, Iowa.

JoAnn was born on November 27, 1960 to Eddie and Gloria (Dunston) Bloomfield at Mt. Holly, New Jersey. She graduated from high school in New Jersey.

JoAnn was united in marriage with Michael Mathis. They made their home and raised their family in Monona, Iowa. She worked at Subway as a clerk. JoAnn loved spending time with her family, especially playing with her granddaughter.

JoAnn is survived by her husband, Michael Mathis of Monona; her 3 children: Jennifer Bloomfield, Richard Bloomfield and Michelle Mathis; her father, Eddie Bloomfield; her step-father, Stephen Wuest and her 6 siblings, Stephanie, Chip, Michael, Stephen Davis, Robert and Stephen Jr.

Jo Ann was preceded in death by her mother, Gloria Wuest.

There are no services planned at this time.

Leonard-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Monona, Iowa is helping the family.
