The death of Mrs. Dr. Miles (the former Miss Helen Williamson of this place) occurred at her home in McGregor, Tuesday evening, as a result of a bad fall some time ago. The funeral services will be held at McGregor tomorrow (Friday) morning at ten o'clock and the remains will be brought to Elkader for interment in the East Side Cemetery.

-notes: she is buried in the Williamson plot, Eastside cemetery, but I could never find a marker. She was married to Issac Hoyt Miles, MD, born in Castile, Wyoming County, NY on 26 Jul 1855 and died in St Louis, Mo 10 Jul 1824. He attended Chicago University of Medicine. Helen was born in Elkader 12 Nov 1869.
