Postville Review, Wed., 27 May 1874.
KILLED- A man by the name of Jacobs age about 70 years was run over by the cars and killed yesterday. The accident occurred between Monona and Luana near what is called the Alexandria crossing. It seems that the man Jacobs ran intentionally in front of the cars, so we are informed.
