Bevins, P.H. 1839-1911

Word was received here of the death of P.H. Bevins, who died at his home at Corning, Iowa, Feb. 2. He was an old resident of Volga. His father, Capt. Bevins, built the grist mill in Volga. P.H. Bevins at one time held a county office.

~Note: WPA records show that P.H. Bevins, 1839-1911, is buried in Walnut Grove cemetery, Quincy twp. Adams co. Iowa
