Frank Warner McCLELLAND was born in Plymouth, Richland county, Ohio, Oct. 32, 1856 and died in Monona, Clayton county, Iowa, Feb. 15th, 1885, aged 28 years, 3 months and 15 days.

For many years he resided in Clayton county, near Postville. He graduated in the law department of the State University at Iowa City, and practiced law in Salina, Kansas until prevented by poor health.

He was buried at Monona Monday, Feb. 16th. Thus in the prime of manhood some are called away.
