FOLSOM, OPPERMAN, PARKER

Funeral services for Charles H. Folsom, 82, will be conducted Sunday at 3:30 p.m. at Hintz funeral home, the Rev. Merton B. Green officiating. Burial will be in the County Corners cemetery east of Oelwein. Mr. Folsom died Friday afternoon at Mercy hospital.

Survivors include a brother, Hiram, Oelwein, and a sister, Mrs. John (Mamie) Opperman, Oelwein.

He was born May 11, 1873, in Clayton county, the son of Hiram H. and Mary Ann Parker Folsom. He had been a resident of Oelwein 45 years and resided at 12 St. S.W. He was a farmer. The body lies in state at Hintz funeral home.
