Rites Held For Mrs. Rubendall

Mrs. Agatha Ann Rubendall, age 46, of Elgin, passed away Tuesday morning at the Postville Community Hospital.

She was born the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Goltz of Marquette, on April 16, 1923. She was baptized in the Methodist Church at Marquette. On July 27, 1940 she was united in marriage to Leonard Rubendall.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, two sons, LuGene and Lee Allen, both at home, four daughters, Mrs. Henry (Linda) Heins, Monona; Mrs. Clarence (Sharon) Brainard, Cedar Rapids; Mrs. Lester (Lois) Staake, Elgin; Mrs. Donald (Doris) McGuire of Elgin; one sister, Mrs. Wayne Olson of Dubuque, and 13 grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Saturday, May 17 at 2:00 p.m. for Mrs. Agatha Rubendall, at the Thornburg Funeral Home in McGregor with the Rev. Ralph Maddison officiating. Interment was in the Smithfield Cemetery at Monona.
