Funeral sercies were held last Friday March 1, 1968 at St. John American Lutheran Church for Mrs. Christine Marie Seeman, 82, who died Tuesday of last week following a long illness at the Guttenberg Municipal Hospital.
The sercies were conducted by Rev. E. W. Kraemer, pastor of St. John Church, and burial was in the Guttenberg City Cemetery in charge of the Tuecke Funeral home. Pallbearers were: Clarence Fischer, Russell Reinitz, Vyrle Noble, and Loren Moser.

Mrs. Seeman was born January 1, 1886, in Guttenberg, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Geuder. She married Samuel Seeman, and the couple lived in the area thoughout their married life. Mr. Seeman died June 2, 1939.
Surving Mrs. Seeman is one son, Eldon, of Guttenberg. Also surviving is one grandchild, and three sisters. The sisters are: Mrs. Ed Niehaus, Miss. Ida Geuder, and Mrs. Reuben Thiese.
Preceding Mrs. Seeman in death, in addition to her husband, were one son Randall Seeman, one granddaughter, two sisters, and three brothers.
