Hill, Catherine & infant died 1854

Died.
On the 14th, of the same disease, Catherine, consort of Mr. James Hill, aged thirty-two years. Her end was that of peace. Her friends and neighbors feel deeply the loss of her society, but we trust our loss is her eternal gain.
On the 24th, of the same disease, Catharine, infant daughter of James and Catherine Hill, aged eight weeks. Funeral services were attended on March 5th, by the writer.

[note: these obits appeared immediately below the obit for John Thomas Miller that I posted just prior to this, so I believe the Hill deaths occurred in February and both mother and daughter died of Scarlet fever 10 days apart.]
