At the home of Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Meyer of Garnavillo, Wednesday, June 25, 1919, occurred the marriage of their eldest daughter, Adelia Helene, to Dr. Owen Albert Kinsel of Postville. The wedding march was played by Mrs. W. B. Kuenzel, cousin of the bride, while another cousin of the bride, Miss Laverne Meyer ushered the bridal couple, strewing their pathway with rose petals. Rev. K. Wm. Braun performed the ceremony, with only the bride's immediate relatives being present. The couple will visit the groom's mother, in Cedar Rapids, then proceed to several other places before going to Postville where they will make their home.

Miss Adelia Helene Meyer and Dr. Owen Albert Kinsel were united in marriage at the home of the bride's parents on Wednesday, June 25, 1919. Rev. K. William Braun of St. Paul's Lutheran Evangelical Church of Garnavillo performed the ceremony. Miss Laverne Meyer, cousin of the bride, led the bridal couple and Mrs. W. B. Kuenzel, another cousin of the bride, rendered the "Grande Marche Nuptiale," by L. Renk.
The bride is the Eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Meyer of Garnavillo. The bridegroom is engaged in the practice of Naprapathy in Postville, Iowa.
Dr. and Mrs. Kinsel took the midnight train to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to visit the bridegroom's mother. They will then visit several other places before going to Postville, Iowa, their future home.
