Notice of Partition.
To Barton Sparks, Allen Sparks, Joseph Sparks, Jas. H. Sparks, Henry Sparks, William Sparks, John Sparks, Elizabeth Sparks, Mary Sparks, Rebecca More and your husband, Patsey Yates and your husband, Harriet Dickson and your husband:
You are hereby notified that on or before the 20th day of April, 1854, there will be on file in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Clayton County, a petition of Cyrus Sparks, asking for a partition of the following lands, to wit:
The NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of section 2; the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of section 3, and the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of section 4, Town 95, R 4; and the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of section 35, T 95, Range 4, of which with him you are tenants in common, being heirs of James Sparks, late of Clayton county, deceased, and unless you appear and answer thereto on or before the first day of the next term of the District Couurt of said county, to be holden at Garnavillo, judgment will be rendered against you in the premises.
