Eglseder - Kliefoth marriage - 1948

Miss Jeanette Kliefoth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Kliefoth of near Monona, became the bride of Allen Eglseder, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Eglseder of near Garnavillo, Wednesday, Sept. 29, in the rectory of St. Joseph's church at Garnavillo. The Rev. L. C. Ickel officiated. A cousin of the bride, Miss Mardella Kluth of Farmersburg, was the maid of honor, and another cousin of the bride, Miss Delores Drahn of Monona, was bridesmaid. Kenneth Schmelzer of Garnavillo, cousin of the groom, was best man.

The new couple will make their home on a farm near Garnavillo.
