Ellen Leuchtenmacher, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Leuchtenmacher, became the bride of Leighton Bente, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Bente, in the home of her parents, Friday. The Rev. P. Kitterer officiated. The couple was attended by Gladys Dettman, cousin of the groom, and Floyd Leuchtenmacher, brother of the bride. The new couple will make their home with the groom's parents in Elkader.
