GARBER: The Rev. Paul Kitterer of Elkader, at St. John's Evangelical church, united in marriage Ina Fay Morley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Morley, and Willard Henry Steen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Steen of Elkport. Bridesmaid was Betty Voss and Willis Steen, brother of the groom, assisted his brother. The new couple will make their home on the farm of the groom's parents.
