MARRIED - On Thursday, September 1st, 1859, at Allen's Grove, Wisconsin, by Rev. Mr. Graves, Mr. W.W. Allen, of McGregor, to Miss Lizzie, daughter of Clark Bradish, Esq., of the former place.

We welcome Allen and his Badger bride to the Hawkeye State. William is not as tall as some others in town, but this act of good sense elevates him far above the spiritless bachelors with whom he has been associating. May many years of pleasure be the lot of the happy pair!
