Liddy - Kurdelmeyer marriage - 1939

LITTLEPORT: Donald F. Liddy, son of Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Liddy of Littleport, and Rose Kurdelmeyer of Elkader were united in marriage on Christmas Day at the Frieden's Evangelical parsonage in Elkader by the Rev. P. Kitterer. The attendants were Virgil Meese and Frances P_rvis of Littleport, friends of the bride and groom. The groom is a graduate of the Dubuque Senior high school, class of 1929 and for the last two years has been manager of the Liddy merchandise store. The bride has been employed in a cafe in Elkader for a number of years. They will make their home in rooms in the Mrs. Carrie Pust residence for the present.
