Stannard - Meyer marriage - 1939

Miss Mildred E. Meyer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Meyer of this place, and Glenn S. Stannard of Cedar Rapids, were married at the Lutheran parsonage, Elkport, Dec. 09. The Rev. Leon Gehret officiated. Miss June Meyer, sister of the bride, was bridesmaid, and Raymond Ruegnitz of Elkport was best man. The young couple will make their home at Cedar Rapids.
