Hupfer - Clark marriage - 1939

HUPFER, CLARK, HUMKE

MONONA: Velma Clark and Vern Hupfer were married Tuesday in the Methodist parsonage, the Rev. G. W. Turner officiated. The attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Raymond A. Hupfer, brother and sister-in-law of the groom.

Mrs. Hupfer is the daughter of Mrs. George Humke, a graduate of the local high school and has been clerking in the I.G.A. store. Mr. Hupfer is the second son of Edward L. Hupfer of Monona and has been in the employ of the Schultz Furniture store.

The new home will be made in Prairie du Chein (Wis.), where they plan to run a grocery store.
