Schlake - Kishman marriage - 1939

FARMERSBURG: The marriage of Miss Shirley Kishman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Kishman, and Mr. Parmer Schlake, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Schlake of Garnavillo, was held Wednesday at the St. John's Lutheran church here. The Rev. H. M. Adix officiated. They were unattended.

Mrs. Schlake is a graduate of the Farmersburg high school, and since that time has been at home with her parents. Mr. Schlake received his education in the Garnavillo public school. After Aug. 01st they will be at home on the groom's father's farm.
