GARNAVILLO: St. Peter's Lutheran church was the scene of the wedding of Miss Mildred Meyer to Ervin Taake. The Rev. H. H. Steege officiated. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. August Taake of Clayton Center. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Meyer of Garnavillo. Lloyd Meyer, brother of the bride, was best man. The new couple will make their home with the groom's parents in Read township.
