STRAWBERRY POINT: Thanksgiving Day, in Emanuel's Lutheran church, occurred the wedding of Miss Helen C. Gamm, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Gamm of Strawberry Point, and Earl D. Logan, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Logan of Manchester. Rev. Max O. Jahr officiated. The attendants were Miss Genevieve Smerud of Strawberry Point, and Louie Harden of Manchester. The bride graduated from the local school in 1937. The groom graduated from the Manchester public school in 1935. They will be at home to their friends at 154 W. Butler street, Manchester, were the groom is employed by the Iowa Oil Co.

Note: In the Society column of the same paper and date the bride is identified as "Miss Helen C. Brettschneider, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Gamm of Strawberry Point.
