Brandenburg - Nichols marriage - 1938

STRAWBERRY POINT: Last Saturday, Oct. 15, Miss Darlyne Nichols, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Nichols, of Strawberry point, and Finis Brandenburg, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Warner Brandenburg, of Arlington, stole a march on their friends and motored to the Little Brown Church at Nashua and were united in marriage. Rev. Wm. Kent officiated. They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Realto Wold of Strawberry Point.

Mrs. Brandenburg graduated from the local public school in 1938, and until the last year was a member of the girl's basketball team. The groom graduated from the Arlington public school in 1936, and is assisting his father in the Shell station at Arlington, where the new couple will make their home.
