Mecklenburg - Lundt marriage - 1938

A simple wedding occurred at the Garber Evangelical church, on Saturday Feb. 19th, when Ruth Margaret Lundt, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward H. Lundt, became the bride of Louis W. Mecklenburg of Chicago, Ill. Mr. and Mrs. James Sanders of Chicago, Ill., were the attendants. Rev. Carl Shrup officiated.

The bride attended the local schools and graduated from the Finley school of nursing in Dubuque, Iowa. She has been employed as a registered nurse at the Cook County hospital in Chicago.

The groom attended the Chicago, Ill., schools
and was graduated from the Armours Institute of Technology in 1935. He is employed as electrical engineer for Commonwealth Edison Co., in Chicago. They will reside in Chicago.
