Behnken - Lenth marriage - 1937

BEHNKEN, LENTH

Lucille Adele Lenth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arno C. Lenth of Clayton, and Walter Behnken were united in marriage Thursday, December 30, at the St. Peter's Lutheran church at Garnavillo by Rev. H. H. Steege. They were attended by Evelyn Lenth, sister of the bride, and Elmer Stickford, a nephew of the groom. Mrs. Behnken is a graduate of Monona high school, class of '32. Mr. Behnken received his education at Eyota, Minn., and has been employed near Garnavillo for a number of years. The new home will be made on a farm east of Garnavillo.
