Schmidt - Hines marriage - 1937

The marriage of Christaleen Hines and Eldon Schmidt occurred at Elkader, Oct. 26. The bride is the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vet Hines, and the groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. L. Schmidt of Davenport. The Rev. Paul Kitterer of the Friedens Evangelical church was the officiating clergyman. They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Rueben Nelson, sister and brother-in-law of the bride. The newly wedded couple left Wednesday for Davenport, where they will make their home.
