Behnkendorf - Rose marriage - 1937

GUTTENBERG: Miss Isabelle Rose and Mr. Walter J. Behnkendorf, both of Macon, Mo., were married by the Rev. W. J. F. Adix at St. John's American Lutheran parsonage in Guttenberg Saturday. The attendants were Miss Darleen Schmalfeld of Guttenberg, and Albert Schreck of Alexandria, Mo., friends of the newlyweds. Mr. Behnkendorf is employed here by contractors on work clearing the islands of timber and brush north of the Guttenberg dam and locks. They will reside in Guttenberg for the present.
