Schwartz - Burrack marriage - 1936

Strawberry Point: June 16 at the Evangelical church, Miss Lillian Burrack, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Will Burrack, became the bride of Howard Schwartz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Schwartz. Bridesmaid was Erma Frederick and the best man was Vernon Burrack. Theodore Burrack sang "O Perfect Love," and Rev. Jahr officiated. The bride graduated from the Strawberry Point high school in 1929, and after a short session at Waverly, she has taught in rural schools for the past six years. The groom attended high school at Oelwein, and for the past few months has been engaged in farming. The new couple will reside on the Chris Hagge farm west of Strawberry Point.
