At the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mark F. Fairbairn of Volga, on Tuesday, Dec. 03, 1912, occurred the wedding of Miss Minnie Revell to Mr. Cecil Thyer. Rev. Walter Piper, pastor of the M.E. church, officiated. Miss Revell was born and raised at Volga, and attended the public schools there. She then went to Pierre, S.D., to attend a Commercial College, from which she graduated. She has filled the position as a stenographer in Pierre during the past summer. The young couple will settle on Fairbairn farm, which has been purchased by Mr. Thyer.
