Kaiser - Ponsar marriage - 1912

A very quiet wedding took place at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Julius Ponsar when their daughter Dora was united with Mr. Edward Kaiser, Wednesday, Feb. 21st, 1912, Rev. F. C. Smith officiating. Mr. Kaiser is a wealthy farmer, residing in Garnavillo, Iowa. The bride is one of Lewiston's most highly esteemed and beloved young ladies, having taught in our school for five years. After a wedding trip to Arkansas, Oklahoma and Western Iowa, Mr. and Mrs. Kaiser will be at home in Garnavillo after Apr. 01st, where the young couple were classmates and graduates of the class of 1903.
