The groom is the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Aug. Debes, successful farmers, living 6 miles southwest of Monona. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Duwe, also highly respected farmers, living about one mile from Monona. After a wedding trip to Charles City they will return and move on a farm 4 miles north of here, which the groom has rented.
