Brainard - Woodward marriage - 1889

At the residence of Mr. and Mrs. O. F. Davis, in this place, last evening, occurred the marriage of Mr. E. E. Brainard, of Boone, Iowa, to Miss Fannie Woodward, of Elkader, Iowa; Rev. L. S. Cooley officiating. The groom is a printer employed in the office of the Boone Standard, of which his father is proprietor. Miss Woodward has been raised to womanhood in our midst. For several months past she has been compositor in the Register office. The new couple leave today for their future home at Boone.
