The Waukon Standard, of last week, publishes the following bit of Clayton County news: At the residence of the bride's parents, at Giard, Clayton County, Iowa, March 22nd, 1888, by Rev. Baker, Mr. Wm. H. Briar, of Rossville, and Miss Julia E. Foley. Mr. and Mrs. Briar will make their future home in Jefferson township.
