Doty - Goodwin marriage - 1887

At the residence of the bride's father, Sunday afternoon, June 05th, 1887, occurred the marriage of Mr. James Doty, of Highland, this county, to Miss Gracie, daughter of F. F. Goodwin, of this place. Rev. J. G. Whitford officiated. The groom is the son of Levi Doty, Esq., of Highland, and was born and reared in Highland. The bride is a native Volga girl.

Elkader Register, Thur., 09 June 1887.
