Garber: In St. Michael's church in Garber, Tuesday, Miss Leona Hildegard Matt, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alex Matt of Garber, and George Schaefers, second eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Xavier Schaefers of Garnavillo, were married. Rev. Wm. Goetzinger officiated. Miss Bernice Matt, a cousin of the bride, and Harold Schaefers, brother of the groom, were the attendants. The newlyweds will make their home on a farm near Garnavillo.
