Gottschalk - Clark marriage - 1931

The Pioneer Memorial church, east of Monona, was the scene of a June wedding Thursday afternoon, when Miss Velma Annetta Clark became the bride of Lawrence Gottschalk, Rev. J. H. Joslin officiating. The attendants were June Fox and Everett Drahn. The new couple will be at home on the groom's farm near St. Olaf. This is the first wedding in the old stone church for a number of years. Mrs. Gottschalk is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Humke. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Gottschalk near St. Olaf.
