Wegert - Hetz marriage - 1931

WEGERT, HETZ, HORNS

Mrs. Ernestine Hetz, nee Horns, of Garnavillo, and George Wegert of Garnavillo, were married Wednesday, June 24th, in the parsonage of the Lutheran Zion's church at Clayton Center, by the Rev. Berthold F. Korte. They were attended by Mrs. Hetz's mother, Mrs. Emma Horns, visiting from Germany, her brother, Herbert of Farmersburg, and some friends.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Johannes Horns of Dauenhof, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, the former wife of Mr. Hetz, who died two years ago by an accident. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Wegert of Nassau, Wuerttemberg, Germany.
