Miss Goldie Geno, Elkader, was united in marriage to Earl F. Hessel, of Garnavillo, at the Evangelical parsonage in Elkader Friday, Rev. C. H. Franke officiating.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Hessel of Garnavillo and at present is assisting his father who is buttermaker for the Garnavillo creamery.

They were attended by Albert Geno and Francis Bowman.
