Hillman - Kaiser marriage - 1931

At the Arno J. Kaiser home, Tues., Feb. 03, Gladys Kaiser became the bride of Earle E. Hillman. Rev. O. A. Hillman of Norwalk, Wis., father of the groom, officiated. Mrs. O. A. Hillman played the wedding march, and Laverne Kaiser, sister of the bride, sang two selections. The bride was assisted by her sister, Miss Elmira Kaiser, while the best man was the groom's brother, Charles. The bride is the elder daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arno J. Kaiser, is a graduate of the local high school and a two-year course at I.S.T.C. at Cedar Falls. She is an accomplished musician and is the popular saleslady in the E. G. Kaiser grocery store. The groom is the elder son of Rev. and Mrs. O. A. Hillman of Norwalk, Wis., and both he and the bride graduated from the local high school with the class of 1926. He is the assistant in the R. Wirkler clothing store. They will be at home in Monona.
