Kregel - Wahls marriage - 1919

Tuesday, Dec. 30, at the country home of Henry J. Wahls, Hattie P. Wahls and Arno W. Kregel were united in marriage, Rev. Geo. H. Vollmer, of Lost Nation, Ia., officiated. The couple were unattended. The bride is the youngest daughter of Henry J. Wahls. The groom is the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Kregel, of Garnavillo, and is a promising young farmer of Clayton county. He served his country in the late war having served "overseas", and is now preparing to take charge of the old John Stiehl homestead. They expect to move into their new home about March.
