Linn - Nelson marriage - 1915

A very quiet wedding of interest to this community took place at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James Humphrey, Tuesday, Dec. 7th, when Rev. C. H. Linn and Miss Sofee Nelson were married by Rev. E. G. Glaezer. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sofus Nelson, of Oregon, Wis., and has been musical director in our public schools for the past three years. Rev. Linn is the pastor of the Congregational church, having taken that post last July 1st, coming here from Chicago after completion of his school work at Vanderbilt University, at Nashville, Tenn., and the Moody Bible Institute at Chicago.
