John McDowell and Miss Norma Barnhart were married last Wednesday, October 4, 1905. The ceremony was performed at Elkader, the happy couple returning the same day to the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Barnhart. We understand they will live on the farm which Mr. Barnhart recently purchased of Ferdinand Mitzer. Thus a most worthy young couple embarks upon the matrimonial sea. May they find smooth sailing.
