Schmelzer - Eglseder marriage - 1915

SCHMELZER, EGLSEDER

Tuesday, Feb. 16th, Henry Schmelzer, oldest son of Otto Schmelzer, and Katie Eglseder, third daughter of W. Eglseder, were married at St. Joseph Catholic church, Father Raedler officiating. The attendants were Elta Schmelzer, sister of the groom and Henry Eglseder, brother of the bride. A four course wedding breakfast was served about 50 guests at te bride's home, a 1/4 mile west of McGregor. The new couple departed Thursday for the western part of the state and will be at home at the groom's farm one mile south of McGregor after March 1st.
