WEDDING BELLS - Wednesday, Nov. 11th, 1885, Rev, Seifert officiated the wedding of Mr. Martin Hartman and Miss Sophia Homier, at the residence of the bride's parents in Boardman township, about 2 miles west of Elkader, on the Volga road. The bride has lived in this township since childhood. The groom is a former resident of Guttenberg, but at present is working at his trade as cabinet maker in Dubuque, which place will be the new couples home.
