Gates - Munger marriage - 1898

At the residence of Mr. and Mrs. E. R. Munger, at this place, Wednesday Oct. 26th, 1898, occurred the marriage of their daughter Olive J., and Mr. G. E. Gates, of Edgewood. The ceremony was performed by Rev. A. B. Fickle, pastor of the M.E. church. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. E. Gates, of Edgewood. The couple will live at Edgewood in a neat home recently built by the groom. Among those present at the wedding were Mr. E. Gates, Mr. and Mrs. E. Klotzbach and Miss Bessie Klotzbach, father, sister and niece of the groom, and Grandma Scovel and Grandma Munger.
