At St. Joseph's church Tuesday morning Feb. 15th, 1898, Mr. P. J. Orr, of Highland, and Miss Katie Roach, daughter of John Roach, of Elkader, were joined in the holy bonds of matrimony, Rev. Father Reilly officiating. The bride is one of the teachers of the county. The groom is a young farmer of Highland.
