Scott - Shepherd marriage - 1895

Married at McGregor on Saturday, Dec. 21st, 1895, Miss Esther Shepherd of Clayton, and Campbell W. Scott, of West Union. Miss Shepherd is a daughter of Wm. Shepherd, one of Clayton County's pioneer farmers. She has been a teacher for the past three years. Mr. Scott is a graduate of the class of '95 from the Decorah Institute. and is now principle of the El Dorado schools.
